By deciding what end-of-life care best suits your needs when you are healthy, you can help those close to you make the right choices when the time comes.
Join us on September 25th at 6:30 pm at Arrowwood Lodge at Brainerd Lakes for a free educational seminar, “Advance Care Planning & End-of-Life Wishes.” This session will discuss how to communicate your wishes for end-of-life so that decisions made are based on your personal values and preferences.
