Knute Nelson Home Care and Hospice will be moving on Monday, May 20th from their office at 315 Jefferson Street South to a new location at 618 Jefferson Street, Suite 1.
Knute Nelson Home Care and Hospice provides personalized health care to individuals in their homes throughout West Central Minnesota.
