Tree of Excellence Award

Congratulations to Knute Nelson Tree of Excellence recipient, Keziah Koslowsky, Care Attendant at Grand Arbor. The Tree of Excellence Award is the highest level of recognition through the Knute Nelson Recognition Program, and Keziah was nominated for this award due to her outstanding performance.

Here are just a few comments from Keziah's peers that were included on her nomination form: "She is a mentor and is always willing to work any household with new employees to aide in their success...Even during extremely stressful situations, she expresses her thoughts and feelings with respect and emotional intelligence...She is always positive, has a heart-warming smile and truly puts herself in the shoes of those she is caring for...Residents and coworkers depend on her to meet their ever-changing needs and to be a team player...She exemplifies the true meaning of enriching the lives of others."
