Congratulations to our Tree of Excellence recipient, Miranda Roggenbuck! The Tree of Excellence award is the highest level of recognition through the Knute Nelson recognition program and Miranda, hospice RN, is a very deserving recipient.

She was nominated by her peers who had these words to say about her: “She is positive, caring, kind hearted, SMART, cool, calm, and collected...She is the person new nurses look up to because of her welcoming face and her educated mind...She has proved 100 times over that she is “The Nurse” to go to if we have a difficult patient or family to deal with....She isn’t intimidated by difficult situations, she jumps in head first. Miranda always communicates calmly and handles issues that arise, effortlessly...She is a servant leader and she always puts others needs before her own...She consistently mentors students and new employees, and provides them with such a positive experience- really demonstrating and immersing others into the Knute Nelson culture.”
