Home health care provided by Vivie brings the care and services you need to the comfort and security of your home. We can help you regain your strength and activity level following surgery or an injury, manage a chronic illness, or simply maintain your independence at home. Our team will get to know you personally. We will create a care plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your goals.

To get started with home health care, we will need orders from your primary care provider. If you already have these, great! If not, reach out to our team and we can help guide you through this process.

Medicare typically covers home health care services, but it may vary depending on which services you receive. Home health care may also be covered by VA benefits, private insurance policies, or private pay. We will work with you to determine which coverage works best for you.

You may qualify for home health care services if you’re:

• Recovering from a surgery, injury, or illness.
• Unable to travel to an outpatient clinic for physical, occupational, or speech therapy or other nursing care.
• Struggling to manage your chronic illness independently.
• Struggling to perform activities of daily living independently.
• Having frequent falls.
