Our memory care communities in West Central Minnesota create programs designed to meet the unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs of individuals with dementia and memory loss.

We focus on each individual's strengths and what they are still able to do (rather than what they are no longer able to do). Our holistic approach maximizes residents' independence and choice while also keeping them safe. And their dignity is first and foremost as we provide assistance with their daily activities.

Services and Care

In memory care assisted living, we provide the care your loved one needs, from reassurance and comfort, dining and redirection to complete dressing, bathing, eating and more. Staff is on-site 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Laundry and light housekeeping are provided.

Activities

Activities play a large part in our memory care communities. They provide the social and mental stimulation we all need. Our activities staff get to know our residents and plan activities that they'll enjoy and are appropriate for their abilities. A multitude of activities are scheduled each week from crafts, sing-a-longs and field trips to exercise, Bible study, concerts, and coffee and conversation for military vets among others.

Apartments

Private studio and one-bedroom apartments are available. Right outside your loved one’s door are cozy living and sitting rooms and a beautiful, secure patio.
