Congratulations Leadership Academy Graduates

Congratulations to the graduates from Knute Nelson's 2018 Leadership Academy. This group of 15 individuals has spent the last nine months strengthening and developing their leadership skills.

Some of the topics studied in the program are servant leadership, emotional intelligence, team building, managing conflict and more. In addition to their monthly educational session, they also benefited from having a one-on-one meeting each month with a leadership advisor to talk through their individual growth.

One of the participants shared a few words about their experience, "Leadership Academy has taught me how to stay positive in negative situations, not only in the workplace but also at home."
