Drive-thru Community Picnic Aug. 25

The Knute Nelson Annual Community Picnic will take place in a drive-thru format this year on Tuesday, August 25th from 11 am to 1 pm. Lunch is free but free will donations will be accepted.

The event has been a signature event for the past 13 years. Over those years, we have greatly enjoyed visiting and sharing lunch with you. This year due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are hosting a drive-thru style Community Picnic. The drive-thru format will allow us to ensure the health and safety of those attending.

Guests will enter the Knute Nelson Care Center Campus (420 12th Avenue East) at the intersection of 12th Avenue East and Lake Street. Continue to drive past the daycare and main entrance and your lunch will be handed to you at the Bistro doors. Our culinary staff will serve you in the safety of your vehicle.
