Join Us for Free Adult Mental Health First Aid Training
Identify, understand, and respond to mental health and substance use challenges
Knute Nelson is sponsoring free Adult Mental Health First Aid training events across communities in West Central Minnesota. Mental Health First Aid is a program through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges.
The training uses a hybrid format and requires approximately 2 hours of online, self-paced learning, followed by approximately 6 hours of in-person learning.

Registration is required - please click here to register online. The National Council for Mental Wellbeing recommends class sizes of 5-15 per event, so capacity will be limited. If fewer than 5 individuals register for your preferred site, you may be asked to attend another training session.
