Supporting the community’s future leaders at Alexandria College
Knute Nelson was awarded Philanthropist of the Year by the Alexandria College at their annual Legends Gala on Friday, October 6th, 2023. Each year the Alexandria College Foundation hosts the Legends Gala to celebrate giving.
The title of Philanthropist of the Year is a recognition reserved for those who have demonstrated exceptional generosity, vision, and a genuine desire to make a positive change.
What does supporting students mean to us?
Philanthropy is a large part of our mission to enrich the lives of everyone we serve, and we are incredibly honored to receive this award.
Knute Nelson provides support to Alexandria College through scholarship support, including four Workforce Development Scholarships awarded to students enrolled in healthcare, cybersecurity programs, and leadership. Leaders from Knute Nelson also serve on various college committees and boards.
Both Alexandria College and Knute Nelson remain dedicated to fostering positive change within the college and broader community.
