Leadership Academy Graduates 15

Congratulations to the graduates from Knute Nelson's 2019 Leadership Academy. The group of 15 individuals has spent the last nine months strengthening and developing their leadership skills.

Topics studied in the program are servant leadership, emotional intelligence, finding strengths, partnering for performance, managing conflict and more. In addition to their monthly educational session, they also benefited from having a one-on-one meeting each month with a leadership adviser to talk through their individual growth.
