Long Prairie, MN – On June 1st, Knute Nelson Home Health Care and Hospice will move from their office at 22339 US Hwy 71, to a new location at 221 Central Avenue in Long Prairie.

Knute Nelson Home Health Care and Hospice provides personalized health care to individuals in their homes – wherever that may be – within a 35-mile radius of Long Prairie.

Knute Nelson Home Health Care and Hospice office locations include Alexandria, Baxter, Fergus Falls, Long Prairie, St. Cloud, Morris and Wadena. Home health care is also available in Park Rapids.
