Knute Nelson has a full schedule of events to reach out and connect with you, our communities.
Memorial Dove Release
Please join us as we honor the lives of our Knute Nelson Hospice patients who have passed away between May 1, 2021 – April 30, 2022. There will be a short program that will consist of songs, prayers, and recognition of your loved one, followed by the releasing of 50 white doves that will bring messages to your loved ones in Heaven!

16th Annual Golf Classic

We invite you to participate in the 16th Annual Knute Nelson Golf Classic! We have greatly enjoyed networking and golfing with you, while raising funds to support Knute Nelson’s mission of enriching the lives of everyone we serve. We hope that you will join us this year for an afternoon of fun and fundraising! A significant portion of your sponsorship will be a donation to the Knute Nelson Foundation. This year, your gift will support enriching resident activities at Autumn Cottages, Care Center, Crystal Brook, Grand Arbor and Nelson Gables. Additionally, funds will be used to support the greatest mission need.

Please join us for the Knute Nelson Annual Community Picnic at the Knute Nelson Care Center campus in Alexandria, or at Crystal Brook Senior Living in Park Rapids. There is no cost to attend; however, free will donations are welcomed and appreciated. We are excited to see you at this year’s picnic! Please note that this will be an outdoor-only event.

Join us at the Douglas County Fair for Senior Day by Knute Nelson. Stop by our booth for information on our services, careers, a chance to win one of four $250 gift baskets or to simply chat. Our booth is located next to the Knute Nelson Heritage Stage.
