YOUR RECOVERY PROCESS

• SHORT TERM REHAB - Following your surgery, illness, or injury, you can trust our rehab and therapy specialists at the Short-Term Rehab Center in West Central Minnesota to help you regain your strength and mobility so you can return home as quickly as possible.

• AT-HOME SERVICES - Once home, the Knute Nelson Home Health Care team will conduct home safety assessments, provide equipment recommendations, and implement a rehabilitation plan unique to your personal goals to aid in restoring your independence.

• OUTPATIENT THERAPY - Once you can safely leave home independently, Outpatient Therapy can continue to help you regain your functional movement. Our state-of-the-art outpatient therapy center includes private therapy treatment rooms, strength/cardio equipment and a warm water pool.

• WELLNESS - Following your rehabilitation, you can continue developing your strength, flexibility, balance, and range of motion at the Nelson Wellness Center with group fitness classes, personal training, or by utilizing the center independently.
