Therapy In Your Home
When you aren't able to travel to an outpatient therapy clinic, therapy can come to you. You receive all the benefits from home. Therapies offered include:
-
Physical therapy: Physical therapy is focused on improving mobility, strength, and balance to enhance physical functioning.
-
Occupational therapy: Occupational therapy is focused on re-aquainting you to normal, everyday tasks for safe living.
-
Speech therapy: Speech therapy is focused on improving verbal communication and swallowing.
Devices and Wearables
Home-based technology helps keep you or your loved one healthier, safer and at home for as long as possible. We offer:
Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS): We offer various models of PERS based on your health needs. If your mobility is limited to your home, these systems can work with your landline. There are also mobile systems available when you are out in public.
Medication Management Machines: These machines provide automatic medication management. Your personal machine will go off at the programmed times each day and administer the proper dosage of medication. A nurse will program the machine for you, answer any questions you have and teach you how to use it.
