Join us in congratulating our Living Our Values award recipients. The Living Our Values awards align with
the five values of our organization and recognize those who exemplify them in their everyday work at Knute
Nelson. In addition, the “Spirit of Enrichment” award recognizes an individual for their extraordinary efforts
in each award category.
Congratulations to Kayla Roske, District C Caregiver of the Year. Kayla was honored by LeadingAge Minnesota for her dedication to those she serves at the Nelson Wellness Center.
The Caregiver of the Year Award honors individuals in older adult services who demonstrate exceptional commitment to older adults. Kayla has taken personal initiative to provide the Parkinson’s community in the Alexandria area with the best possible care and support.
The Tree of Excellence Award is the highest level of recognition through the Knute Nelson Recognition Program. Here are just a few comments from Michelle’s peers that were included on her nomination form: “She is thankful and grateful for her job and role at the facility.” “She feels it is a privilege to care for the Sisters and wants them to have an enriched live.”
Congratulations to our Tree of Excellence recipient, Jen Sibell, wellness instructor at the Nelson Wellness Center. The Tree of Excellence Award is the highest level of recognition through the Knute Nelson Recognition Program. Jen was nominated for this award by her peers for her outstanding performance.
